Two people who run what they sell.

Sequence Forge is two guys who run their own pixel displays every season and wanted sequences that fit our own houses better, prop for prop. So we started building them, and then we started selling them.

Carl builds the sequences

Runs a full pixel display on his own house every Christmas and Halloween, and builds every sequence in this store on a layout modelled on it. If it does not look right on his roof, it does not go on sale.

Todd signs off on every file

The sequencer who taught Carl the craft, and the last set of eyes on every file here. Nothing reaches the store until Todd has opened it, run it on his own display and said it is ready. Built once, reviewed twice.

How we build

Every song is sequenced on a full display: mega tree, columns, wreath, snowflakes, mini trees, arches, canes, stakes and matrix, with one rule underneath all of it: the beat is spread across several props, never left to one. That is what lets a sequence survive being mapped onto a display that is not ours. Every effect is timed to the recording, not to a grid, and every song gets a full-length preview video so you can watch the whole thing before you buy.
